By accessing or using The Joseph Protocol platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered members, and paying customers.

The Joseph Protocol provides a wealth phase assessment tool, educational content, courses, and personal intelligence briefings based on the Joseph narrative from the Bible. The platform is designed for faith-driven entrepreneurs seeking phase-specific clarity for their wealth-building journey.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

The Wealth Phase Assessment is a diagnostic tool based on the Joseph Protocol framework. Results are generated using AI and are intended as an intelligence briefing to inform your decision-making — not as financial, legal, or professional advice.

Results are based on your answers and are specific to the information you provide. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any assessment result.

The Wealth Phase Assessment is free. The full intelligence briefing (7 additional sections) is available for a one-time payment of $49 USD (or equivalent in NGN via Paystack).

Payments are processed by Stripe (USD) and Paystack (NGN). All transactions are final. We do not offer refunds on digital content once delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Course purchases (where applicable) are governed by the terms stated at point of purchase.

All content on this platform — including the Joseph Protocol framework, assessment questions, course content, and written materials — is the intellectual property of The Joseph Protocol and is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission. Your personal assessment results are yours to keep.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share login credentials or assessment results with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the assessment algorithm or platform.
• Post or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the platform to impersonate another person or entity.

Content you submit (course discussion posts, assignment submissions, profile information) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store it for the purpose of providing the service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community standards.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, investment, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Joseph Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to our registered business location.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
