• Assessment responses — your answers to the Wealth Phase Assessment questions. These are used to generate your phase report and are stored securely.
• Payment information — when you unlock a full report, payment is processed by Stripe or Paystack. We do not store card details; only payment status and transaction references are stored.
• Usage data — course progress, login events, and basic analytics to improve the platform.

Transactional emails (assessment results, payment receipts, login codes) are sent regardless of subscription status as they are necessary for the service.

Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and Paystack, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take data protection seriously.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data via your account settings.
• Delete your account and all associated data via the Settings page.
• Withdraw consent for email marketing at any time.
• Data portability — request a copy of your data in a portable format.

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. We use no analytics cookies beyond basic, anonymised server-side logging.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing (USD).
• Paystack — payment processing (NGN).
• Anthropic Claude — AI model used to generate your intelligence briefing. Your assessment responses are sent to the Claude API for this purpose. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.

This platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
